Is airfare included in the price?

No, flights are not included. One of our advisors will assist in pricing flight options for your vacation.

What city or airport should I fly into for my vacation?

You should fly into Dubai International Airport

Can you assist me with transfers between the airport and the resort?

Transfers to and from your hotel are included in your package price

Are visas and/or passports required?

Yes, a valid visa tourist card and passport are required for all US Citizens when traveling to Dubai. This requirement applies to both adults and children. It's essential to check the specific entry requirements for your country of citizenship before traveling.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Is a payment plan offered?

Yes, you may set up a payment plan once your deposit is paid. You may also finance your vacation using Uplift Vacation Finance. A member of our team can share details with you.

How are payments made?

Payments are made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and/or Discover debit or credit card.

Can payments be made using PayPal, CashApp, Venmo or other money transfer services?

No, payments must be made using a credit or debit card

After I register, what's next?

Once your registration is received a representative will contact you via email to confirm your registration, discuss airfare needs and obtain complete deposit payment information.
